It is a time to RESPOND to His invitation for a restored and unwavering relationship with Him. Through worship, teaching, and fellowship, we gather to experience how GOD IS MOVING —awakening hearts, strengthening faith, and equipping His people. He is calling His church to deep, continuous devotion, shaping lives for His glory. This is a moment to seek His presence, SURRENDER to His will, and walk in faithful obedience, every day, 24/7.

The 24:7 Conference will be held in a different city every year! This year, the conference will be held in Ottawa, ON at EEC Ottawa.

Paul is a passionate pastor and leader with a heart to see lives radically transformed by the power of Jesus. After a life-changing encounter with God, he left a successful career in the tech industry to pursue full-time ministry—giving away and selling his possessions to attend ministry school and follow the call of God on his life.
In 2018, Paul and his wife planted Overflow City Church, a thriving and diverse church in the Washington, D.C. area. He also ministers across the U.S. and internationally—preaching the Gospel, developing leaders, and equipping believers to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit and step into their God-given potential. His ministry is marked by salvations, powerful moments in God’s presence, and a passion to see people live fully surrendered to Jesus.
With a deep love for Christ and a boldness to follow Him at any cost, Paul carries a message that builds faith, stirs hunger, and empowers people to make a Kingdom impact.
